Free feed audit

Send one feed.
See what it's costing you.

Updated June 2026 · Ivan Stancich, STANCICH.AI

A supplier feed audit is a one-time check of one real supplier feed against your live Magento catalog. It surfaces what quietly costs you: products you're overselling, prices that have drifted below supplier cost, discontinued items still listed, and mapping errors. You send one feed and a product export. You get a plain-English report. Free, no obligation.

How it works

What you send, what we do, what you get

01

What you send

  • One real supplier feed, in whatever format it arrives: CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, or an API endpoint.
  • An export of the matching products from your store, so we have both sides to compare.
  • That's the whole ask. No store access, no install, no call needed to start.
02

What we do

  • We cross-validate the feed against your catalog by hand, the same checks the product runs on a schedule.
  • We look for the four things that go wrong most: overselling, stale prices, dead listings, broken mappings.
  • We write up what we find in plain English, with the SKUs, so it's checkable.
03

What you get

  • A short report: what's wrong, where, and how much of your catalog it touches.
  • Real examples pulled from your own data, not a sales deck.
  • It's yours to keep and act on, with us or without us.
What the audit checks

Four things hide in a supplier feed

Moving the data is easy. Knowing when it's wrong is the job. The audit goes looking for the four failures that an ordinary import will happily write straight to production.

oversold

Overselling

Products your suppliers no longer stock, still sellable on your store. Every one is a refund and a lost customer.

stale prices

Margin leaks

Retail prices sitting below the supplier's current cost, losing money on every sale until someone notices.

dead listings

Discontinued products

Items the supplier dropped weeks or months ago, still live and indexed on your catalog.

mapping

Broken mappings

SKUs, attributes or encodings that don't line up between the feed and your catalog, so good data lands in the wrong place.

What the report looks like

A short report, in plain numbers

No dashboard to learn, no jargon. Just what's wrong, where, and how much of your catalog it touches. Here is the shape of it.

feed audit · 2 suppliers · 9,840 SKUs checked

We don't dress this up. If your feeds come back clean, the report says so, and that's a useful thing to know too.

The catch

Is it really free? What's the catch?

  • Free, genuinely. The audit is how we'd start any engagement anyway. So we run it up front, whether or not you go further.

  • No store access. You send files. We never touch your admin, and we don't need a login or a live connection to produce the report.

  • Your data stays yours. It's used only to run your audit, never shared or resold. We'll sign an NDA first if you'd like.

  • No obligation after. The report is useful on its own. If it makes the case for us, good. If not, you still know where your catalog leaks.

Start with the feed you trust least.

One feed, one export. We'll show you what's hiding in it, and you decide what to do next.

FAQ

The audit, answered

01What do I need to send for the audit?

One supplier feed in any format (CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, or an API), plus an export of the matching products from your store. Nothing else to begin.

02Is the feed audit really free?

Yes. It's the first step we'd run with any store anyway, so we do it up front at no cost and with no obligation to continue.

03How long does the audit take?

Usually a few working days, depending on the size of the feed and how many suppliers you send. We confirm the timing when you book.

04Do you need access to my Magento store?

No. The audit runs on the files you send. We never need your admin login or a connection to your store to produce the report.

05What happens to the data I send you?

It's used only to run your audit, never shared or resold, and we're glad to sign an NDA first. Once the audit is done we delete the files on request.

06Do I have to buy anything afterward?

No. The report is yours to keep and act on however you want, with us or with your own team.

07What if my supplier feed is in an unusual format?

Send it anyway. Handling awkward, inconsistent feeds is the core of what Skuvalence does. If something is genuinely unreadable, we'll tell you quickly.

08My store isn't on Magento. Can you still help?

Skuvalence is Magento-first today, with Shopify and WooCommerce on the roadmap. On another platform, send a note and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help yet.
